Income Collection Officer

We're looking for an organised and customer focused individual to join Kent County Council's Financial Assessment & Income Unit. As an Income Collection Officer, you'll be the first point of contact for income related enquiries, supporting customers, processing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and helping resolve account queries. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration, customer service, and IT skills who enjoys working in a fast paced team environment.
