College Students in Classroom

We aim to support individuals looking for a long term career opportunity, to develop the skills they need to be confident teaching classes of adults.

It is also a key part of our project to ensure that we discuss both the employed and the freelance opportunities so that you can make an informed choice about the right path for you.

You might be eligible for funding to cover the cost of your course but if not we aim to make our programme as affordable as possible offering great value for money.

Please see the links below for the details of both our self-funded offer which also has the option of self-employment support for those going freelance, and our government funded courses for people wishing to enter into the education industry that meet the eligibility criteria.

As an adult Tutor/Trainer you can choose to work with providers that deliver either classroom based or online training on a full-time or part-time basis. This gives you a lot more flexibility and is ideal for individuals that might have personal circumstances that make it hard for them to travel into the office each day.

Some of our colleges and training providers have their own sites, or they also deliver courses in community venues, at employers sites and recently with Covid many providers now have an online offer too. That means that learners can continue their studies during lockdown and periods of isolation.
