IT Service Desk Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer‑focused IT Service Desk Administrator to join our IT & Systems Department.
This central role is responsible for providing an excellent first point of contact for all IT‑related enquiries across the organisation. Working within a high‑volume environment, you will handle incoming calls and emails, triage incidents, and deliver effective first‑line support to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience.
As part of a flexible and supportive team, you will play a key role in maintaining service quality, ensuring accurate ticket management, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the IT Service Desk function.
The ideal candidate will hold excellent customer service qualities and first‑class organisational skills.
