Marketing & Communications Executive

Salary: Up to £32474 per annum
Location: Watford

 

Are you a digital-savvy communicator with a passion for creative content and data-driven marketing? We're looking for a proactive, organised Marketing & Communications Executive to help shape how the organisation is perceived by its key audiences.

You'll work across the full marketing mix, with a focus on improving and creating content for websites and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and improve website content to support engagement and communications

  • Use analytics tools to track performance and optimise campaigns

  • Write creative copy for web, email, and print

  • Support paid and organic social media campaigns

  • Assist in planning and delivering digital and in-person events

  • Contribute to video and email marketing projects

Requirements:

  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail

  • Confidence in creating web content

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple projects

  • Proactive, "can-do" approach

Desirable:

  • Experience with analytics tools such as GA4 or Microsoft Clarity

  • SEO and website content management experience

  • Experience in recruitment or education-focused campaigns

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and support integrated marketing campaigns

  • Liaise with stakeholders and manage audience communications

  • Create and manage marketing materials for print and digital channels

  • Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns

  • Produce photos and video content

  • Organise and attend events to promote engagement

  • Support marketing strategy development and campaign evaluation

  • Assist the Marketing and Communications team as needed

General Responsibilities

  • Participate in team training and development to maintain skills and knowledge

  • Comply with relevant health and safety legislation and policies

  • Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of work

  • Follow safeguarding policies to protect the welfare of children and vulnerable adults

  • Undertake additional duties or projects as directed by management
