2025 has been a year defined by recognition, growth, and meaningful connections. Connect2Employment’s teams have continued to strengthen our impact within the Public and Private Sectors, staying true to our purpose of supporting the East of England, our communities, and especially our candidates.

Awards and Recognition

We were shortlisted for the Recruiter Awards for Best Public/Third Sector Recruitment Agency and were finalists at the British Recruitment Awards. Helen Archer-Lock was recognised in the Leader of the Year (Agency) category, and Commercial Services Group was a finalist for Public/Third Sector Recruitment Agency of the Year. These accomplishments reflect the expertise, dedication, and passion that underpin our work.

Community Engagement

This year, Connect2Employment proudly sponsored the Luton 2025 Community Awards, which took place on 16th November. Sponsoring this event allowed us to celebrate outstanding contributions within the local community and further strengthen our connections. Throughout 2025, we also participated in multiple recruitment events and job fairs, creating opportunities for individuals and helping them build meaningful career paths.
